That “You’ll still have me” ..” That’s not enough” Chair/Dair parallell actually makes me laugh in disgust…. They have clearly shown the better/healthier/superior ship, and gone the other way. The only logical reason for showing it that way, is they must want everyone to end up miserable -I mean not only did they destroy dair - Serena’s a mess, Rufly’s a mess, Nate.. is proabably a mess (who could recall).

So basically they know their show is shit now, why not ruin what’s left of it.

#NO #this is not okay #the way they look at each other #there’s just this level of ease with these two #I don’t know how to explain it but it makes me fall in love with them more every scene #it’s just so refreshing after all the contrived over-the-top shit we’ve been subjected to for so long #and then these two come along #and while their situation IS complicated #(unlike most ships on the show that the writers like to throw ridiculously forced complications at in attempts to keep things interesting) #they manage to make it wonderfully uncomplicated #no games no bullshit #because all that matters is they really understand and care about each other #and they just want each other to be happy #:’)
